Dorcas is a reliable and competent Advocate with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She is a member of the East Africa Law Society (EALS) Young Lawyers Committee, reflecting her active engagement in regional legal advancement.
